After this course, participants will be able to
- Describe the fundamental principles behind the compilation of a company's accounts
- Analyse and interpret the data in a meaningful way
- Understand the key performance indicators of a business and those of particular reference to HR/Training professionals
- Demonstrate the techniques used in forecasting and budgeting and develop a methodology for forecasting wages
- Demonstrate two methods of evaluating routine and capital investment
- Conduct a profit sensitivity analysis to establish a more strategic approach to profit improvement
