  • Analyse and interpret the data in a meaningful way
  • Understand the key performance indicators of a business and those of particular reference to HR/Training professionals
  • Demonstrate the techniques used in forecasting and budgeting and develop a methodology for forecasting wages
  • Demonstrate two methods of evaluating routine and capital investment
  • Conduct a profit sensitivity analysis to establish a more strategic approach to profit improvement
