The aim of this one-day programme is to provide participants with the skills and competencies that will allow them to negotiate effectively and efficiently with others in a variety of situations, where win-win outcomes are essential for success. After this course participants will be able to:

  • Clarify and practice the skills required for effective negotiations
  • Devise strategies to strike a deal that both parties can achieve a win-win outcome
  • Deal effectively with challenging negotiation situations - the 5-Step plan
  • Practice effective questioning and listening skills
