Did you know that since 1999 nearly 70,000 Irish companies have become members of Skillnet Ireland training networks and have benefited from flexible, relevant and cost effective training for their employees? 99% of companies who availed of training would recommend becoming a member company of a Skillnet Ireland training network. There are over 60 training networks nationwide in a variety of regions/sectors.

Benefits: By becoming a member company of Trainers Learning Skillnet not only will you and your staff be able to access subsidised training that is directly relevant to your training needs, but there is an added advantage of networking opportunities with companies in your sector and/or region. Interacting with other member companies on training courses greatly increases your opportunity to learn about the latest developments, share best practice and broaden your network. 

 
Joining Fee's 
Becoming a member company of the Trainers Learning Skillnet network is free of charge; you simply have to partake in training to avail of subsidised costs (max 25% funding). Being part of our network will enable you to share knowledge, ideas and best practice, thus enhancing your ability to overcome the daily challenges of doing business.
 
In-company Training
We can organise training specifically tailored to the needs of your company (T&C apply).
 
Target Members
The target group for Trainers Learning Skillnet comprises of mainly SMEs, but also a number of larger businesses from various sectors on a national level.  Our training is specifically organised in response to member company needs. Member companies must be from private enterprise. Skillnet Ireland funding is not available to public sector companies or organisations that are publicly funded such as community based companies or charities. Sole traders are eligible as member companies.
 
Quality Training Providers
Our contracted training providers have passed through a rigorous tendering process, ensuring that we have selected the most experienced, effective trainers in their subject areas. Typical training programmes include 'Train the Trainer' type programme such as IITD Professional Practice Certificate in Training & Development, Trainers Skills Certificate, Diploma in L&D Practice etc from NFQ Level 6 to Level 9.
 
Eligibility
Only private sector or commercial semi-state enterprises can become members of a Skillnet Ireland funded network. The following are not eligible for Skillnet Ireland funding and therefore cannot become member companies of a network:
 
- Public sector organisations 
 
- Charity or Not-for-Profit Organisations 
 
- Companies based outside the Republic of Ireland
 
- Private individuals
 

We reserve the right to check eligibility of any applying company with Skillnet Ireland.
